What is ShootCleaner?

ShootCleaner is more than an AI photo culler. It is a desktop post-shoot workflow built for professional photographers, taking a shoot from first selection through enhancement, metadata, client presentation, sales and publishing.

It analyses complete shoots for focus, faces, expressions, closed eyes, duplicates and stronger frames. Rather than simply returning a score, ShootCleaner explains what it saw and why a photograph was rated the way it was, leaving the photographer in control of the final selection.

ShootCleaner can also learn from a photographer's own portfolio to build a visual Style Profile, provide enhancement recommendations, process images in batches and embed structured IPTC/XMP metadata.

The workflow continues after the edit. Selected photographs can move into client galleries and ordering, while completed shoots can be turned into evidence-grounded case studies and publishable website content.

Original RAW and JPEG files remain in the photographer's own folders. AI features can use the photographer's own OpenAI or Gemini API account, so the photographer chooses the provider and pays the provider directly rather than buying bundled AI credits through ShootCleaner.

A trial includes enough OpenAI credit to test the AI workflow on roughly 100 photographs before adding your own API key.

ShootCleaner does not require a software subscription. It is sold with a one-time perpetual licence, with 12 months of update care included and continued care optional. AI usage remains under your control through your own OpenAI or Gemini API key.
