    NoScript is whitelist-based: all sites are blocked until you whitelist them. That's incredibly annoying. ScriptSafe, however, has a blacklist-based option. JavaScript is only blocked on a site when ask for it to be. Other sites run as they always have, with no action required.

    Ghostery is a tracker blocker (and not an especially good one). ScriptSafe is a script blocker. They do two completely different things.
