Rindee is an AI calling platform for service businesses — dental practices, veterinary clinics, salons and beauty studios, home services and trades, auto services, and law firms. It combines an inbound AI receptionist, appointment scheduling, and outbound calling on one prepaid wallet.

The receptionist answers calls 24 hours a day and books appointments during the call across multiple branches. It detects the caller's language and replies in it — 70+ languages, with nothing to set up, switching if the caller switches mid-call. English and Spanish are the ones tested most heavily on live calls. Eight voice options are available. Every call returns a stereo recording, a full transcript, an AI summary, an outcome classification, and extracted structured data.

Scheduling runs on a native calendar with a REST API and optional Google Calendar sync. Staff book in the dashboard, external tools book over the API, and customers book through a public booking page or on the call. Calls can be transferred to a human, warm or cold.

Outbound calling supports bulk campaigns and drip enrollment from dynamic segments, respecting business hours, pacing limits and opt-outs.

There are two ways to get a number. Keep the one you already have by connecting the carrier you already use — Telnyx, Twilio or any SIP trunk — with no porting and no marked-up minutes. Or skip the carrier account and Rindee will provide a number instead; tell us which country you need.

Pricing is usage-based: $0.03 per minute platform fee plus AI usage at cost, billed per started minute from a prepaid wallet with no card on file.

Optional monthly plans start at $19 for 350 minutes. Inbound answering is never capped, on any plan or on pay as you go. Plans differ by included minutes, locations, seats and outbound calling capacity; API keys and webhooks are available on the Business and Scale plans.
