Gavion builds Gala, an AI receptionist and administrative assistant for service businesses in Québec and across Canada: trades, clinics and offices.

Gala the Receptionist answers calls, texts and emails 24/7 in Québécois French and English (detected on the call, 44 languages on the phone), qualifies the caller, books appointments straight into Google or Outlook, screens spam and transfers real emergencies to your team.

Gala the Administrative Assistant includes the full Receptionist and adds quotes with AI photo and satellite measurement, a CRM 360, document handling and analytics.

Coming soon on the Administrative Assistant: scheduling, team dispatch (the right technician by skill, location and availability, notified by SMS), QuickBooks invoicing and receivables follow-ups.

Plans are flat, in Canadian dollars, from $129/month with 250 minutes included, no setup fee and 15% off annual. Call data is stored in Canada and is never sold or used to train third-party models. Gavion is based in Montréal.
