What is Ricly?

Ricly adds file tools to the Finder right-click menu on your Mac. Select one or more files, right-click, choose a tool, and the result appears next to the original, which stays untouched.

Free tools: Audio to MP3, Compress Image, Compress PDF, Find Duplicates, Generate Icon Set, HEIC to JPG, Image to WebP, PDF Merge, Quick Resize, Remove Background, Strip Metadata, Upload & Share and Video to MP4. Some have a monthly limit on the free plan.

Pro tools: Batch Rename, Extract Text (OCR), Photo Grid and Upscale Image. Pro also removes the monthly limits and lets Upload & Share keep up to 20 GB online with 30-day links.

Every tool runs on your Mac and works offline, except Upload & Share, whose job is to send a file and give you a link. The link is copied right after the right-click, and the recipient downloads from the browser without installing anything.
