CutOut is a free, open-source AI background remover for Windows, macOS, and Linux that works entirely offline.

Remove image backgrounds without uploading files, creating an account, or paying for a subscription. CutOut includes four built-in AI models with different speed and quality options, and also lets users import their own compatible ONNX models for free.
