ResumeSquad

Most AI resume builders are just basic chat wrappers. Resume Squad is an engineering solution to the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) black box. We built a 9-Agent Autonomous AI Swarm that treats your resume like code that needs to perfectly compile.

Stop applying blindly and let our architecture reverse-engineer the hiring process:

• The Extractor: Maps job description skills to a strict taxonomy, separating tools from core concepts. • Critic-Refiner Loop: A ruthless internal engine where a Writer Agent drafts strict STAR-method bullets, and a Reviewer Agent rejects weak verbs. • Zero-Hallucinations: The Swarm is strictly forbidden from inventing fake metrics, inserting interactive placeholders if your raw data is missing numbers. • The Compiler: Simulates a 15-year-old legacy parser to verify your keyword density and formatting are 100% compliant before you export your PDF.

Built for every professional who wants to take control of their career, bypass the ATS black box, and stop getting auto-rejected.
