resumezip

Recruiters give a resume about seven seconds. resumezip helps you not waste them.

Pick a template. They’re all free, with no “upgrade to unlock this font” nonsense. Fill in the boxes and watch the real PDF update next to you as you type. What you see is what you send.

Then hit Check. It scores your resume the way hiring software reads it and circles the stuff that gets you skipped: bullets that say “responsible for things”, dates that time travel, a typo in your own job title. Want a second opinion? Ask for AI notes, or drop any old resume on the review page and see what a recruiter would roll their eyes at.

Download it as a PDF, a Word file, LaTeX for your Overleaf friends, or straight to Google Drive. The PDF quietly carries your resume inside it, so you can open it again months later and keep editing. Already have a resume somewhere? Open it and resumezip sorts it into the right boxes for you.

No account. No watermark. No “free trial” that turns into $24.99 a month the second you click download. Your resume lives in your browser, not on our servers. The only thing that leaves is the text you send for AI notes, and we don’t keep that either.

It’s open source, so if you don’t believe a word of this, the code’s right there.
