What is RealWorld Paint?
RealWorld Paint is an free portable image/photo/animation editor. It supports layers with styles and can import and export Photoshop, GIMP and Paint.net images with layers.
There are all usual drawing tools and some specialized tools for photo retouching like Clone, Crop with perspective correction, Red eye remover or Liquify equivalent.
Animated GIFs can be created, edited and optimized.
There are downloadable media packs and plug-ins and RWPaint can use Photoshops .8bf image filters for yet more flexibility.
The program is no longer updated. Last version, 2013.1, released in June 2013, can be still downloaded from the official website.

RealWorld Paint is a great program to use when you need some advanced features but don't need Photoshop. It's really simple to use and is very sophisticated at the same time.

My quick and short experiences after test installation of paint.com:
Changing of Text Background: .................................................. very difficult Selecting of a rectangle and change frame thickness ......... very difficult Filling of a rectangle with colour ............................................... very difficult Select and move a text object and change the font size ..... very difficult
I have much better experience doing these text manipulating tasks with http://alternativeto.net/desktop/photoscape/ or http://alternativeto.net/desktop/open-office-draw/
