Raging Page is a free, open-source screenwriting app that runs entirely in your browser. Open it and start writing: no account, no subscription, no ads. Its goal is to make screenwriting accessible to everyone, with a clean, intuitive interface that doesn't require learning complex software.
It covers the essentials: industry-standard pagination (US and French formats), series with seasons and episodes, structure templates (Save the Cat, 3 acts / 8 sequences), color revisions with locked page numbers (12A, 12B…) and version comparison, plus import and export of Fountain, Final Draft (.fdx), PDF and plain text. Focus mode, typewriter mode and a dark theme are included, and the interface is available in English and French.
It also adds tools built around how writers actually work: a storyboard column next to the pages, a repetition finder and a synonyms panel (French for now), an estimated running time, dual dialogue, freely placed title cards, and a music link you can attach to a line.
Your script autosaves in your browser. You can optionally link a file on your computer (Chrome, Edge, Opera) or connect Google Drive, where the app only sees the files it creates.
Raging Page is under active development, and new features are added regularly.
