Rack Strength information
What is Rack Strength?
Rack Strength is a strength training tracker built around Garmin watches. A native Connect IQ app lets you log sets, reps and weight directly from the watch — no phone needed mid-workout. The watch records heart rate through every set, and finished workouts sync to Garmin Connect with per-exercise detail.
On the phone, Rack handles the programming side: routines and supersets, weight progression suggestions based on your training history, automatic rest timers, and muscle-level recovery tracking that shows which muscle groups are ready to train. Progress analytics cover estimated 1RM, volume trends and personal records. Workouts sync with Apple Health.
The free tier covers core workout tracking. Pro adds AI coaching features, deeper analytics and unlimited history ($54.99/year or a one-time lifetime purchase).
