If you use Qualtrics to the point of having many surveys, be ready to spend significant time exporting them should you ever have a lapse in your subscription, or simply want a copy of your own data. Each survey requires a set of mouse clicks to export, and another set to export the data. Then, should you restart your service, get ready to do the same all over again to import your surveys! Data-portability in this product is too impractical to use. My advice: never get locked-in by looking elsewhere. There are capable, free, self-hosted alternatives without this restriction.
