    Probably the best Qualtrics competitor on the market, or at least the best among the ones I have seen! (New ones are coming up everyday!) Great for customer journey mapping, and integrating both direct and indirect feedback. Allows you to understand your customers state of mind and then delivers insights to defend, upsell or otherwise engage your customers. Helped us improve member retention rates.
