Pyor

A faster pull request review tool that groups the diff by importance so you review what matters and skim the mechanical noise.

Forty files. The three
that matter, first.
Al groups the diff by what needs a human: the
important files rise to the top, the mechanical noise is
flagged for skimming, and hints sit on the exact lines
that need you.

What is Pyor?

Since AI started writing more of the code, the bottleneck for shipping shifted from producing code to reviewing it. PRs got bigger and sit in review too long. Pyor is a review surface built for that: a web app and a performant desktop app for getting through pull requests faster than GitHub.

Instead of adding more text to read, Pyor uses AI to reduce what you review. It groups the diff by importance or as a walkthrough, surfaces the handful of changes that need deep review, and flags the mechanical noise so you can skim it and toggle a whole folder as viewed. Inline hints sit on the exact lines that need you and help you draft comments, without summaries or prose layers.

You can also review working-tree changes locally, right where the coding agent wrote the code, before a PR exists. Leave comments, send them back to the agent, and get them addressed before anything hits GitHub.

Every comment across your repos lands in one inbox, and open PRs are ranked by what you can unblock, so nothing waits on you that you didn't choose.
