Its not complicated when we used it
I liked the app. _ Pro Show_. It was easy to use and quick to finish a job. I have not used my paid for version for about two years. A few days ago I decided to use it again. To my surprise it had turned into a trail version. It asked for my key and that didn't work. I contacted the company (PhotoDex) 5 days ago via their email - they don't have a phone support number - and to this date no response.
I won't be using them in the future and I would advise you don't either. Any company who won't support their product and even steal the product from a paying customer isn't worth my or your $.. Steer clear of these guys!
Proshow os officially out of business as of 1/31/20. The company is recommending another program called "Photopia" but it doesn't come close to what Proshow (both producer and Gold programs) offered. I'm still searching. Proshow users can continue to use the program but no more tech support or ability to purchase extra transitions.
