Process Explorer is described as 'Shows you information about which handles and DLLs processes have opened or loaded. The display consists of two sub-windows. The top always shows a list of the currently active processes, including the names of their owning accounts, whereas the information' and is a leading process monitoring tool in the os & utilities category. There are more than 50 alternatives to Process Explorer for a variety of platforms, including Windows, Linux, Mac, BSD and Flathub apps.
