This PSmisc package is a set of some small useful utilities that use the proc filesystem. We're not about changing the world, but providing the system administrator with some help in common tasks. There is options for using SELinux if you need it and fuser understands IPv6.

pstree from psmisc with this version string Copyright (C) 1993-2019 Werner Almesberger and Craig Small can show process tree per user.

pstree --long --show-pids --arguments --color=age --thread-names --security-context user

Users won't see process RSS usage or CPU time... The process tree isn't interactive at all. Users can't toggle trees or kill things in one place.

What is PSmisc?

This PSmisc package is a set of some small useful utilities that use the proc filesystem. We're not about changing the world, but providing the system administrator with some help in common tasks. There is options for using SELinux if you need it and fuser understands IPv6. It also speaks various languages using the gettext facilities.
