What is Prism?
Prism can be a standalone or a plugin for Firefox.
Prism is a simple XULRunner based browser that hosts web applications without the normal web browser user interface. Prism is based on a concept called Site Specific Browsers (SSB). An SSB is an application with an embedded browser designed to work exclusively with a single web application. It doesn’t have the menus, toolbars and accoutrements of a normal web browser.
Discontinued
The project is no longer developed. Last version, 1.0b3, released on February 4, 2010, is compatible with Firefox 3.0 - 3.6.*

This project isn't under development anymore. The links on the alternativeto.net page will take you to 404 pages. Mozilla said they stopped developing Prism a long time ago, and some guy picked development up under the name
WebRunner . That project however is dead too. I couldn't find the download files for WebRunner after searching half an hour. Mozilla exchanged Prism for the Chromeless project, but that one is inactive too
Prism can be run however on old releases of FireFox. You would be better of using Google Chrome's application shortcuts or xulrunner with HTML5 for your chromeless webapp.
i already reported it as discontinued when i added Fogger
Edit: it seems that OmgItsTheSmartGuy already fixed it
