Ricoh Print&Share is a combination of a virtual printer driver and an application software.
This printer driver can be installed alongside the classic printer driver of the printer manufacturer. This solution makes me personally do tasks much easier (printing, archiving and sending documents to customers). On a monthly base we save about 34% more paper (and thus also ink).
a bit more expensive compared to other software, but worth every dollar. Once you understand how the recognition works, it is really a time (and money) saver. Also very good and easy to follow tutorials on YouTube.
