    Poedit is described as 'is cross-platform gettext catalogs (.po files) editor. It is built with wxWidgets toolkit and can run on any platform supported by it (although it was only tested on Unix with GTK+ and Windows)' and is a popular Translator App in the Education & Reference category. There are more than 25 alternatives to Poedit for a variety of platforms, including Online / Web-based, Windows, Linux, SaaS and Mac. The best alternative is Crowdin. It's not free, so if you're looking for a free alternative, you could try Weblate or POEditor.
