I asked their salesperson if that would ever go up. He said, it could go up a little but not much. Fast forward, every year that has increased. This year in 2026 its more than doubled to $750. When I asked them how they could do that they basically told me to pay up or pound sand. They also said if I tried to come back later it would cost a lot more. Sounds like robbery to me.
Software has had a number of glitches over the years and those remain. Software updates have been slow to non existent and no real difference between updates. It used to be the best of the best but there are better options out there now. I recommend trying ZZTakeoff. It is cleaner, faster, web based, less expensive and your data will transfer over. All in all I didn't want to move to a new platform but they kind of forced my hand, luckily the transition was super easy and I am so glad I did.
