Global Task management that works with Excel/Google Sheets: Use grid view to easily rearrange and restructure your project with drag-and-drop and bulk copy/paste compatbility with Excel and Google Sheets.

Flat Task Lists: Checklist-style docs with status, priority, dates, assignees, tags, and attachments for daily work. Move tasks between projects and lists and use Quick Capture to add tasks to your Inbox.

Inspector Panel & Item Properties: Edit selected items and project metadata in a right-hand drawer—notes, status, priority, dates, assignees, tags, contacts, files—with collapsible sections and pinning.

Dual Pane View with Notes: Work in two synchronized panes: keep the left side locked on your active project/task/step while the right pane houses the linked note workspace, so context never vanishes and you can edit notes while the plan stays visible.
