On my underpowered machine, videos run much faster than on a web alternative
Not based on an internet browser - unlike most of its alternatives - which makes it theoretically more lightweight and secure
Doesn't have many settings, though the only thing I miss from alternatives is dark mode... and maybe Libre.fm scrobbling support
