Pithflow

Pithflow is AI voice dictation built Windows-first, for Windows 10 and 11, and since September 2026 for Mac too. Hold a global hotkey (Ctrl+Space), speak, and release — clean, punctuated text lands in whatever app you have focused: Slack, Gmail, VS Code, Word, your browser, or any other app.

Because it works at the system level, there's nothing to integrate. Nothing installs inside remote sessions either — audio is captured on your local machine — so Pithflow reaches into Citrix, RDP and VDI sessions where browser extensions and per-app tools can't.

Privacy is built in: audio is discarded immediately after transcription and never stored on our servers, and on Windows session tokens are encrypted with DPAPI.

Pithflow is natively bilingual English/Spanish and handles Spanglish code-switching within a single recording. Beyond raw transcription, an AI cleanup layer polishes your speech with 8 tones and 6 intent modes. You can add custom snippets, build a personal dictionary, and load specialty term packs in English and Spanish for fields like medical, legal, and engineering so domain vocabulary comes out right. On Windows, a Meetings tab records calls and in-person meetings with no bot joining, and writes the notes when you stop.

Runs on Windows 10 and 11 and on Mac (macOS 12 or later), and needs an internet connection — Pithflow does not work offline.
