Only highlight, doesn't indicate clicks (well, except the "toggle color" for right click). It say it works with extended screens and in presentation mode.

What is PenAttention?

PenAttention is a free software for Windows that highlights the pen's location on the screen, useful for presentations on a pen-enabled laptop or PC. It solves the issue of the pen's location being represented by a small, hard-to-see dot in most programs by replacing it with a more visible icon.
