I'd say it's the best option available in a pinch for solo-preneurs and free-lancers -- people who would be maintaining their client records in some kind of spreadsheet already (or even those just using regular diaries and notebooks).
It's absolutely free-of-cost and works with your existing Google account offering all the benefits of integration that your Google account does.
The cons are that it's a Google script which is hosted on one of the popular free hosts for such software - HerokuApp - who are known to pull the plug on such free scripts without citing any reasons.
And so if you're concerned about privacy then this offering is without any warranties -- unless you can read the script to check for yourself you just have to trust what is essentially just some random person on the Internet.
