After having tried dozens of various solutions, EspoCRM was a breath of fresh air for us. The software is flexible in terms of customization and has a user-friendly and intuitive interface. With the help of its workflow and reporting tools, we've managed to automate a wide range of routine operations from creation of cold calls to leads to sending invoices and marketing emails. I should also note that its integration with our mailbox and Outlook calendar allowed us to keep all data in sync and track the history of all interactions with our clients.
EspoCRM is probably one of the most robust CRM systems available globally. It's intuitive and just works. Their object-relational mapping system works flawlessly for creating any kind of entity you'd want and assigning it whatever relationships and fields you see fit.
My experience with EspoCRM is great. Before implementing it for my company, I tried several other options but they seemed too complex for me. This platform is really intuitive and has all the needed tools to manage relationships with customers, track sales opportunities and optimize marketing initiatives. You can do a lot of automations with its workflows that allow you to automate sending follow-ups, creating calls, tasks and updating records based on the defined conditions. What I like most about this platform is its dashboard, you can add almost any data or analytics to your homepage and have quick access to the information you need for work. I can recommend it to any business that is in search of an affordable solution with effective functionality.
After testing several options, EspoCRM was by far the best alternative.
It's very helpful open source tool for our business. I never saw something similar before. Nice product guys.
