Donna shows a CRM sidebar next to your email threads so you can keep relationship context, notes, follow-ups, and deal stages tied to real conversations. Instead of copying information into a separate system, you can capture what matters while you’re already reading or replying: who the contact is, what the current status is, and what the next step should be.

It also includes a human-in-the-loop AI assistant that helps you move faster without losing accuracy. The assistant can summarize threads, suggest next steps, and draft follow-ups, and you review and confirm before anything is created or sent.

Donna is designed to stay simple over time: minimal setup, quick onboarding from real threads, and just enough structure to keep momentum—without the admin overhead of a traditional CRM.
