your Noes are yours, and ot for anyone to analyse. The app is easy to use and looks good. Even though I use now Oreo the App fits the odern design. There are a good number of ways to take notes besides typing: like drawing, recording, filming, etc. I also like the option that one can create Folders and Tags.

As much as I love Omni Notes user interface (as a former proprietary Google Notes user), I feel better taking notes legacy with .txt files on MiXplorer...
There is a issue recovering notes on Android 9 Pie. Although the fix already commited on closed-Beta channel, dev is taking too long to deploy updates to master branch...
"Omni" comes from the Latin for "every" or "all". Omni Notes, however wonderful, works only on Android. So the Omni doesn't refer to platforms.
I'm always on the lookout for something that is a) an open source Evernote alternative, b) secure. Omni Notes isn't really either, unless you use it on an Android phone disconnected from the outside world. That's sad because it looks quite versatile otherwise.
