OIO

OIO is a web app for freelancers and small studios that keeps a client job in one place, from the first lead to the paid invoice.

Each project holds its client, tickets (as a list, kanban board, timeline or calendar), files, project chat, meeting recordings with transcripts, and reminders. When the work is done, you write the invoice or quote from the same project in any currency, and log the payment against it, so the project shows what is still open. Proposals and contracts are in the same place, and your client can sign them online at a link without making an account.

You can share a project with a client or a collaborator as a viewer for free. Editors use a seat on the team plans.
