What is Oatpad?
Oatpad is a Mac notes app that bridges the gap between Notion's formatting and Apple Notes' simplicity. Type / to quickly add headings, tables, checklists, and quotes, or use the formatting toolbar to bold, italicise, highlight, and underline. Notes are stored locally on your Mac with optional iCloud sync, and export as clean Markdown so your data is never locked in. It's ~37MB installed, opens instantly with no sign-in, and supports custom fonts, folders. You can try it out for free for 14-days (no sign-up) or buy it for $9.99 (one-time, no subscription).
