What is Nuclr Commander?

Nuclr Commander is a desktop application for developers using AI agents in coding. It runs multiple codebases like Claude Code, Codex, Pi, and OpenCode simultaneously in one window and has a keyboard-operated dual-pane file manager. The AI agents can independently operate in their chat windows, review changes with a diff viewer, search conversation history, fork a chat, communicate with each other, schedule tasks, and save reusable profiles. They can access SSH servers, SQL databases, and S3 through Commander's tools, with passwords hidden. The system allows remote monitoring and control through a paired phone with end-to-end encryption.

The file manager offers dual panes with function-key operations for copying, moving, creating a new folder, and deleting. It supports FAR-style selection, file searching, and includes a built-in terminal and quick view for various file types. It has panels for different archive types and services like SSH/SFTP, Amazon S3, Google Cloud, GitHub, Git, Docker, and SQL databases, with consistent key operations. The manager's functionality can be expanded with signed plugins, verified by the Commander before loading. The application is compatible with macOS, Linux, and Windows.
