I've used it back in the Windows 2000/XP days (2003 and up) and it was a great program to check whether the network works. Moved to NetWorx on new Windows. I still recommend using NetMeter if you own an old PC, since the newest version of NetWorx is not Windows 2000 compatible.

Pretty sure this is up to XP only,on Vista or up it can't see any network adapter installed
