What is NetBird?
NetBird is an open-source mesh VPN built on top of WireGuard® making it easy to create secure private networks for your organization or home. NetBird is an alternative to traditional centralized VPNs like OpenVPN, Pritunl, etc.
It requires zero configuration effort leaving behind the hassle of opening ports, complex firewall rules, VPN gateways, etc.
NetBird creates an overlay peer-to-peer network connecting machines automatically regardless of location (home, office, data center, container, cloud, or edge environments) unifying virtual private network management experience.

Completely FLOSS project, and has the whole shebang - server, UI and clients. Mobile clients are on the roadmap.
Comments and Reviews
Easy to setup if you are using their SaaS offering, the entire source code is available atm under a FLOSS license. Good alternative to TailScale, NetMaker. Only other alternate being HeadScale. Is decentralized and p2p, with good group based RBAC.
