    NAIAD is described as 'Naiad is a dynamics solver and a simulation framework capable of producing animations of dynamic bodies including: * liquids o large and small bodies of water o breaking waves o splashes and foam o accurate viscous liquids'. There are more than 10 alternatives to NAIAD for a variety of platforms, including Windows, Linux, Mac, Android and Windows Phone. The best alternative is Blender, which is both free and Open Source. Other great apps like NAIAD are Sketchfab (Freemium), Houdini (Paid), MagicaCSG (Free) and PhotoAnim (Free).
