That is just them being honest. If you read Mint.com's ToS, and hell even your Bank's ToS they all say the same thing. MonkeyPeanuts just doesn't surround it in legal bologna jargon :P If you don't want to use them, don't.
I would like some honest reviews from people that actually use them, the name turns me off more than that saying in the ToS.
