Comments and Reviews
I was heartbroken with tachiyomi shutting down. Mihon is perfect replacement. Seamless transfer of backup even downloaded chapters
Tachiyomi was free/libre and available on
F-Droid . Mihon is still free/libre but has some proprietary blobs in it such as Google Analytics and Trackers, and thus cannot be on
F-Droid . That's why I am using
Kahon which is a Mihon fork that removes them.
Mihon is a great replacement for Tachiyomi, and has complete feature parity with its predecessor as far as I can tell. Two very specific fingers to the company who sued the Tachiyomi project into discontinuation. Long live FOSS.
An amazing, feature-filled comic/manga reader, just like it's predecessor. There's not much else to say that hasn't been said about it other than except it's extensions are still maintained via Keiyoushi for those looking for online sources to add.
Tachiyomi live as Mihon!
This is THE spiritual successor to Tachiyomi.
TachiyomiSY and TachiyomiAZ and TachiyomiJ2K forks have been officially forked off Mihon.
