It works across Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, desktop, cloud, and web environments, using Microsoft 365 data such as chats, email, calendar, contacts, and files to help coordinate work under organization-defined permissions and policies.
The agent can proactively schedule meetings across time zones, prepare meeting materials, flag important meetings, identify upcoming deliverables, block calendar time, and surface risks such as stalled decisions.
