simple but effective application to have quick access to all programs and folders you want, simply recommended for those who do not want something that consumes RAM and look quickly at work

It does now! Click 'View' 'Drag and Drop Mode'.

Lets you drag stuff from explorer windows, the start menu and pinned files/folders under app shortcuts. Lives up to its name!

I've tried just about all of the docks out there. At first I wanted all the bells and whistles. Things like bouncing icons and mac-like fan expansions. The eye candy looked great whenever the dock didn't crash. I found MadAppLauncher and will not go back to any other dock. I doesn't crash, you can easily backup your information, it works, and it's easy to use. You launch 300 apps from just one saved file....and you can save more than one file! If you want a dock that works try this option. However, if you want eye candy this is not for you.
