What is LyricLike?

LyricLike is a free writing pad for songwriters, rappers and poets. Type your lyrics and it counts the syllables on every line as you go, labels your rhyme scheme (A, B, C...), and marks internal rhymes inside your lines.

Click any word to see what rhymes with it. The rhyme finder matches how words sound, not how they're spelled, so it finds near rhymes and multi-syllable rhymes as well as perfect ones. Results are grouped by rhyme type and syllable count, and you can drop a rhyme straight into your line.

It runs in the browser on desktop and phone. No sign-up is needed to start writing. The code is open source on GitHub.
