What is Loadout Solo?

Loadout Solo builds a structured training plan for a specific test or goal and adjusts it every morning. Pick a target such as P Company, the Royal Marines PRMC, the British Army RFT(E), AOSB, the RAF or Royal Navy fitness tests, the UK police bleep test, the US Army fitness test or the USMC PFT, set your test date, answer a short questionnaire, and the first session is on your calendar in about a minute.

What it does:

  • Builds the plan backwards from your test date, balancing strength, running, loaded marches and conditioning for that test
  • Adjusts each morning from a 30-second readiness check-in plus sleep and HRV from your phone or watch, so sessions get lighter or harder when they should
  • Writes every session as structured sets, reps, loads, paces and rest that you log set by set
  • Sends runs and intervals to Garmin and intervals.icu as structured workouts; activities from Garmin, Strava or intervals.icu complete the matching session automatically
  • Tracks personal records, training volume and progress towards the test standard
  • Lets you hand over to a human coach later and keep your history

Free fitness test calculators and pass checkers are on the website. Pricing: 7-day free trial with no card, then $19.99 a month or $119.99 a year (17.99 GBP or 99.99 GBP in the UK). Works in the browser today, with an iPhone app on the way.
