What is livediagram?
livediagram is a free, open-source, real-time multiplayer canvas for diagrams and mindmaps, built for teams who think visually. The canvas opens straight from a link, with no install, no account, and no blank-canvas dread. Share one link and everyone is on it live, with cursors, presence, comments, and a per-tab activity log you can rewind. Start from one of 29 templates, recolour with 27 themes, and reach for flowchart shapes, device frames, icons, tables, charts, and freehand sketching. Export any tab to PNG, SVG, PDF, Markdown, or JSON. It is MIT-licensed and self-hostable: a static frontend plus a Cloudflare Worker API (D1 and Durable Objects) you can run on your own account. Telemetry is anonymous, first-party, and public, with no third-party tracking. It even speaks MCP, so you can point an AI assistant like Claude at it to read and build diagrams. No paid tier, ever.
