LeapDroid Alternatives

    As a free Android emulator, LeapDroid was often cited for its smooth performance and lack of bloat. That said, it has been discontinued since November of 2016. You can find alternatives to LeapDroid still in active development available for Windows, macOS, and Linux distributions. You can also find alternatives to LeapDroid that are open source. For those that consider LeapDroid a bit bloated, there are lightweight alternatives to the emulator as well.
