Keybase isn't primarily a messenger like a lot of people think. It's for secure collaboration. The original functionality is storing, sending, verifying crypto keys and messages, to which keys.pub comes closest. I wish keys.pub would expand into more keybase functionality though. With Zoom acquiring Keybase, we need an alternative.
