kept · Document Organizer

kept is a document organizer for iPhone and iPad that focuses on what happens after the scan: keeping bills, contracts, receipts, insurance papers and IDs organized, searchable and actionable. Documents stay on the device by default. There is no account, no ads and no cross-app tracking.

Scanned or imported documents are read on-device with OCR, titled and sorted automatically, and searchable by their full text. kept recognizes amounts and due dates, including GiroCode QR codes on invoices, and suggests an action for each document: pay, sign, reply, review or renew. Uncertain values are shown as suggestions instead of being applied silently. Reminders fire before passports, insurance policies or warranties expire, and can be exported to Apple Reminders.

Documents are organized into categories, stacks and spaces, and one document can belong to several categories at once. PDFs can be signed with a finger and shared directly. A full export writes all documents as ordinary files with readable names plus an index, so the archive is never locked into the app.

The free version includes unlimited scans and imports, OCR, full-text search, action suggestions and home-screen widgets. kept Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription, Family Sharing included) that adds custom categories, spaces, smart stacks, a cancellation letter generator, PDF signing, Face ID lock and optional iCloud sync of documents and files across devices via the user's private iCloud.
