What is JoyRemote?

JoyRemote is a remote access software that allows you to control another computer from your device. You install the app on the computer you want to access and enter its unique ten-digit number to connect. If both computers use JoyRemote on the same network, they're visible by name for easy selection.

The software is compatible with Windows, macOS, Ubuntu, Fedora, and Android. It lets you manage multiple computers from one screen and switch between systems using a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + Alt + Arrow). All sessions are encrypted for security, and the relay used for internet connections only forwards the traffic without decoding it.

Linux users can access the login screen with JoyRemote, connecting to a Fedora or Ubuntu machine before a user logs in. JoyRemote is free for network use. For internet connections, it provides 1.5 hours of free usage, then charges a one-time fee of $5 per computer. There are no subscription or monthly fees.
