The first series, Coping with Stress, constitutes the core practice curriculum of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, USA. They can be used together with Full Catastrophe Living: Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain, and Illness (revised, 2013). These series include for example: Body Scan Mindful Yoga Sitting Meditation

The second series focuses on mindfulness in everyday life. These meditations go well together with Jon’s book, Wherever You Go, There You Are: Mindfulness Meditation in Everyday Life. These series include, for example: Short, medium and long duration sitting meditation Lying down meditation practice

The third series, Healing Yourself and the World, provides an opportunity to go deeper into the meditation practice. These meditations go with the book, Coming to Our Senses: Healing Ourselves and the World Through Mindfulness (2005). It offers guided meditations on:

  • Body scan
  • Breath work
  • Meditations on choiceless awareness
  • Meditations on loving-kindness

These practices will take you deeper and help improve your focus, compassion, relaxation, and well-being.
