What is Jiggered?

Jiggered is a free, open-source energy and symptom tracker for people who pace their energy. You can host it yourself or use it on a server you trust, with no wearable and no subscription.

Each day starts with a Green, Amber or Red check-in that sets a personal points budget (or counts in spoons, if you prefer Spoon Theory). Log activities and rest, plan 1 to 7 days ahead with projected balances, and record symptom episodes with their duration, triggers, and notes. History views (list, calendar, and heatmap), charts, and filters show your records, and you can export a CSV or a printable summary to take to appointments.

It runs as a single Go binary with SQLite in one container, works offline as a home-screen web app, and merges edits made on two devices. It supports several accounts with an admin, optional two-step verification, and encrypted backups to S3-compatible storage. There is no third-party analytics.

Trade-offs: it is a web app, not a native mobile app. It does not read wearable data. It is not end-to-end encrypted, so whoever runs the server can read the database. It is a personal log, not a medical device.
