InvoiceOffline is a desktop invoicing app for macOS that works fully offline. All your data lives in a local database on your Mac: no account, no cloud sync, no telemetry.

Create invoices and quotes, convert quotes to invoices, and export clean PDFs in 7 languages (English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch). Track payments, deposits, and partial payments, send payment reminders, and see revenue, outstanding, and overdue amounts on the dashboard.

Built for freelancers and small businesses that only need invoicing, not a full accounting suite:
