Huddle has grown into a true enterprise collaboration tool. It looks great and is simple for the whole team to use even if they are not tech savvy. The ability to share documents with suppliers and clients securely is the best selling point. The idea of workspaces is frankly genius.
We've used huddle for years and went in search of a project management solution that would allow for more accountability allowing management to better determine what has been assigned, completed as well as assess the workload by department and individuals. We did a thorough comparison, and found that proofhub provided us with a nearly complete package. Below are the notes that I compiled based on our internal wish list of things that were necessary as a function of our new solution.
Huddle no longer appears to have any free version available. It instead provides a 14-day trial for their paid programs (which, if you ask me, are a tad over-priced for 1-2 individuals, at a whopping 150/mo. in some price plans).
